After more than two decades in traditional mortgage lending, Lisa Stepp saw a gap: real estate investors were being treated like retail homebuyers. Loan officers were quoting rates. Investors needed strategy, structure, and someone who understood cash flow. So she built a practice around a single principle: educate first, structure second, close third.
Today, Lisa is a senior loan officer and national educator focused on DSCR loans, Airbnb and VRBO financing, and investment property lending.
